In order to qualify Scholarship Applicants should be pursuing an associate, bachelors or graduate degree and shall have a minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 2.5 on a 4.0 Scale.
Note: High school seniors or recent graduate may be considered upon recommendation from a high school counselor, teacher, or principal.
Applicants must be enrolled as full-time (12) or more credit hours during the semester and Applicants will also be personally interviewed by a member of the education team (either by phone or in person).
Applicants must:

Complete scholarship application in full

Furnish documentation from educational institution verifying tuition/fees

Attach statement explaining why they are applying for scholarship (including short and long term goals)

Furnish most recent transcript showing the schools seal

Furnish three letters of recommendation

The individual is to submit a completed signed application and it must be postmarked by March 15th. Recipient will be selected by the WINGS Chapter members at the May meeting and a check will be presented prior to the Fall Semester.

Scholarship checks will be made payable jointly to the applicant and the educational institution and may be used only for tuition, fees and books.
In accordance with Article IX, Section 1, of the Bylaws, WINGS Chapter members or their dependents are not eligible.
